Christmas!!

Christmas is here again... Ah! It's time to give and receive gifts, to decorate the house, to put up the Christmas tree, to make menus for Christmas meals, to throw parties, to spend time with your relatives (reunion), to light up the firecrackers, and others. These are the things that most people think every 12th month of every year; but have they ever considered thinking about what Christmas is really for? It's not just about presents, caroling, fireworks, Santa Clause or whatsoever. Actually, it's about the celebration of the birth of Jesus Christ. Because of God's great love, Jesus came to earth to save us from our sins. Imagine how an innocent man suffered so much just because of us; he was nailed on the cross and died in place of us. I owe Him my life that is why since I was younger, I always reminded myself of this. So every Christmas, I pray to God.

I encourage you to do the same and think not only about what to get for Christmas or what to experience during one of the most grand celebrations every year but to thank the Son of God for what He has done for us. Aside from that, I also encourage you to think about what you have done for every ending year. Have you done something good? Have you changed your bad attitudes?... And, prepare for what to face on the coming new year. You prepare your resolutions.. you need improvement to become a better person; don't stick to good only.
